Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued by Informatique Expert Inc. By using our services, you agree to the conditions described below.
Service Payments
Payments for completed services are generally non-refundable once the agreed work has been performed and delivered. By approving a service, you acknowledge that you have authorized the work and accepted the quoted pricing.
Deposits
In certain cases, a deposit may be required before service begins. Deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered or service work has started. If service has not yet begun and no parts have been ordered, a deposit refund may be considered at our discretion.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- The service could not be completed due to technical limitations.
- Required parts are unavailable.
- The issue cannot be resolved after reasonable attempts.
Any approved refund will be limited to the amount paid for the specific service and will not include compensation for indirect losses.
Parts Orders
Special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered. If a customer chooses to cancel service after parts have been ordered, the cost of the parts may be deducted from any eligible refund.
Warranty-Related Concerns
If a concern arises within the warranty period, we will first inspect and attempt to resolve the issue under our Warranty Policy. Refunds are not automatically issued for warranty claims unless a resolution cannot be provided.
Pre-Owned Device Sales (If Applicable)
All pre-owned device sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. Exchanges may be offered within a limited timeframe if the device is found to have a functional issue not disclosed at the time of purchase. Physical damage, misuse, or customer-caused issues are not eligible for refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Limitation of Liability
Informatique Expert Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Refunds, when approved, are limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product.
