Prodevice provides a limited warranty on specific repairs performed by our technicians.
If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will inspect the device and provide corrective service at no additional labor cost, where applicable.

Before submitting a device for service, customers are responsible for:
Prodevice is not responsible for data loss, corrupted files, or software issues that may occur during the service process.
By approving a repair quote, you authorize Prodevice to perform the agreed-upon service. If additional issues are discovered during the process, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with any additional work. Devices that are not collected within a reasonable time after notification may be subject to storage fees.
In some cases, a diagnostic fee may apply to determine the cause of an issue. This fee will be communicated in advance and may be applied toward the final service cost if the repair proceeds.
Replacement parts used may be new, refurbished, or aftermarket components, depending on availability and customer preference. The type of part used will be disclosed before service is completed
